Please note that as we make all of our products to order, it may take up to 7 working days to produce your goods. However, we're sure you'll love them!

PLEASE NOTE - All of our products are all produced to your order and can only be returned if faulty or not made to the specification given.
When ordering curtains - Ensure you are happy with the curtain before pulling the tape cord. Once the tape cord has been pulled we cannot exchange or refund them.
Colour discrepancy - As is stated throughout our site, we do not accept returns for colour discrepancy therefore, we recommend that you request a fabric sample to ensure that you are happy with your choice of colour and texture before purchasing the complete product.
